What are the age divisions?
Junior Princess (Ages 2-3)
Princess (Ages 4-6)
Junior Pre Teen (Ages 7-9)
Pre Teen (Ages 10-12)
Jr Teen (13-15)
Teen (16-18)
Miss (Age 19+)
Can my son compete?
Of course. We have one title for boys- King of the Jungle. In order to crown this title, we need at least 5 boys who wish to compete!
What is Jungle Wear?
Jungle wear can be a dress, outfit, costume..be creative! This compeition is similar to high fashion modeling and is an opportunity for you to strut your stuff!
Can my tummy show for Jungle Wear?
Yes. Please make sure your costume is age appropriate.
Can I wear makeup?
All age divisions can wear makeup. Please keep it natural and age appropriate.
How many titles are given out?
One in each age division and one overall queen of the jungle who can be from any age group based on fundraising and overall score!
How much money raised will go to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund?
100% of the fundraising and raffle funds go to the Fossey Fund.
How do I pay my entry fee?
Your $50 entry fee can be paid through paypal to: jhmonlux@live.com. Make sure you mark it as a gift.
Is this a glitz pageant?
Nope. But feel free to wear light makeup. Keep the flippers, wigs and false eyelashes at home.. the gorillas are allergic to them :)
